Community guidelines

Short version: review work you saw, say what happened, and be fair.

Reviews

• Only review work done for you or your client. No second-hand stories.
• Stick to facts: what was done, when, how it went, and what it cost if that matters.
• Describe the work, not the person. No insults, and nothing about a vendor’s private life.
• Leave out client names, addresses, and anything else that identifies a client or deal.
• Don’t review your own business, or one you’re paid or related to.

Anonymous reviews

Posting as Anonymous Agent hides your name from other members. The moderator can still see who wrote every review, and the same guidelines apply.

Moderation

The moderator can edit, hide, or remove reviews and vendors that break these guidelines, merge duplicate vendors, and suspend members. Vendors never see this site.
